Lisa is the Global Lead for Talent, Performance & Rewards and is also the Talent leader for global Consulting. Before this appointment, Lisa spent seven years as the Partner in Charge of Deloitte Australia’s Human Capital Practice – the largest dedicated practice in Australia and ranked market leader by Kennedy.

Lisa is considered to be one of the most impactful and commercial leaders in the human capital field, championing the need for businesses to reinvent relevance to their stakeholders and to create powerful people-centred strategy and operating models to protect and propel a company's growth trajectory.

A true citizen of the globe, Lisa has lived and worked in the UK, Europe, the US, South East Asia, New Zealand, and Russia. Her clients span all major industries and are global market leaders and fast growing challenger brands.
