Fred Miller is currently the Director of As One Central, the global group that supports the As One Service Offering. Over the past three and half years, Fred has been the principal designer of the go-to-market aspects for As One and has supported sales and client delivery of As One projects in more than a dozen Deloitte Member Firms on six continents. Fred has worked as a management consultant for twenty years, focused on large scale organization change and rigorous methods for generating client impact. At Deloitte, he has been the co-developer of the Shared Vision and Goal Alignment (SVGA) methodology and a contributor to the development of Behavior Led Strategy Execution (BLSE).
Prior to being a consultant, Fred did research on artificial intelligence at AT&T Bell Laboratories, where he also managed a software development organization for several years.
Fred has a broad background in the social sciences, including a Doctorate in Social Relations from Harvard University. He serves of the Board of Trustees of The Ethical Community Charter School in Jersey City.
