David joined Deloitte several years’ ago having been the Managing Director of Hewitt's consulting business for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this he had over 20 years experience in lead HR roles for major multinationals including Eastman Kodak, Smithkline Beecham, Exxon and Goodman Fielder.
David has considerable international experience having lived and worked in North America, Europe and Asia. His experience covers the full spectrum of HR management. His particular area of interest and expertise is HR strategy and execution, top team effectiveness, workforce engagement and talent management/development. He works with many of Australia's leading companies providing Human Capital advice.
David has a BA (Psychology), a Graduate Diploma in Employee Relations and a Masters in HR & Coaching at Sydney University.
