Meet Darren McLennan |
Darren McLennan is a manager in Deloitte Canada’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications Strategy practice with more than 10 years of experience. His focus is customer-centric strategy development and execution in both the private sector and the public sector.
Darren’s project experience includes:
- Creation of a direct-to-customer data delivery strategy, covering online, mobile, radio, social media, and other channels
- Development of a digital strategy for broadcasters, including assessment of proposed digital delivery platforms
- Development of customer strategies in a wide variety of industries
Within the Deloitte Canada, Darren is a leader in the Customer Strategy and Pricing practices and the Canadian national lead for Deloitte’s State of the Media Democracy survey.
