Structure of banking industry in Central Europe (2012)

The percentage share of customers in the population aged under 18 is virtually equal in all countries. Disparities appear among current bank customers. The highest percentage of satisfied customers is in the Czech and Hungarian populations (50% and 46% respectively), while the Slovakian and Polish markets have the highest percentage of dissatisfied customers (15% and 16% respectively).
