Gustavo García Capó is the National Public Sector Leader for Deloitte Spain.
He has more than 20 years of experience advising central, regional, and local government agencies including the Administración General del Estado, all regions in Spain (Comunidad de Madrid, Gobierno de Navarra, Gobierno de Aragón, Gobierno de Canarias, etc.), as well as the country's principal city halls, including those in Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia.
Gustavo specializes in public sector modernization and transformation and is frequently invited to speak to government and business leaders on transformation, innovation, and change management in the public sector. He has led projects to help governments improve customer service to citizens, implement "e-government" models, and embark on major public sector reforms.
Gustavo has also authored many articles regarding the most significant challenges facing the Spanish public sector today.
He holds a law degree from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and an Executive MBA from the Instituto de Empresa.
