- Working alongside members of the Committee to Encourage Corporate Philanthropy (CECP) Board, senior Deloitte member firm leaders helped establish the Safe Water Network, and devised a market-entry strategy to deploy a water distillation unit, with the capacity to deliver pure water efficiently and economically to small communities.
- In conjunction with World Environment Day, Deloitte Singapore participated in a coastal clean-up at the Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve. The litter in this area disguises the natural beauty of the environment and can suffocate marine organisms, animals, and plants. More than 300 partners and staff cleared debris from the shorelines so that the wetlands and wildlife can thrive.
