International Student Business Forum draws future leaders

Recruiting and retaining the world’s most sought-after talent is a key business objective for Deloitte member firms around the world. The International Student Business Forum (ISBF), held this year from 18-20 March 2010 in Athens, Greece, helps to bring the organization one step closer toward that goal.

ISBF is a career and leadership development program for top students from around the world. The three-day program, bringing together 50 students from more than 20 countries, is an opportunity to develop the skills and experience required for an international career. For Deloitte member firms, ISBF is an opportunity to identify and cultivate relationships with students demonstrating strong leadership potential who may one day work for a Deloitte firm or client. Now in its fourth year, ISBF, is hosted in association with International Institute for Management Development (IMD) Business School in Lausanne.
