Working together toward shared outcomes
In FY2011, Deloitte’s community investments totaled US$162.3 million, which includes both cash and the value of 709,000 hours of volunteer and pro bono work. Globally, we aspire to align half of all community investments toward education and skills.
Member firms are collaborating across borders in support of these global commitments through the Deloitte21 Challenge and the Deloitte21 Fellows. The Deloitte21 Challenge celebrates programs supported by Deloitte member firms that demonstrate innovation and scalability. The first cohort of Deloitte21 Fellows began a year-long fellowship in June 2010 and since then they have been advocates, taken action, and been agents of change.
