The Deloitte21 Fellows are a global network of top-performers that act individually and collectively to advance Deloitte member firms' work in helping underserved young people acquire the education and skills needed to thrive in the 21st-century economy.
Each year a group of top-performing Deloitte people from member firms around the world are selected to act individually and collectively to become advocates and agents of change for Deloitte21. During their year-long fellowship they support their member firm’s national community investment program, as well as global advocacy and initiatives.
The fellowship provides top-performing Deloitte people with the opportunity to help advance innovative education solutions. Each Fellow’s local project supports the Deloitte member firm’s national community investment program and the needs of underserved young people and the skills gap the member firm is focused on.
