The Deloitte 2011 Corporate Responsibility Report reflects Deloitte's wider outlook on corporate responsibility, which acknowledges that Deloitte's most significant impacts on society result from the work that member firms do for their clients.
The report presents some examples of the work that Deloitte member firms carry out in the marketplace, as a way of illustrating the ways in which Deloitte member firms provide support and advice that help clients to build a sustainable and prosperous society. The report also describes the principles and management approaches of DTTL and its member firms, which provide the basis for consistently delivering effective services and for cultivating a high-performance workforce that draws strength from its diversity.
Our CR reporting adheres to recognized frameworks and good practices, including stakeholder engagement to determine which issues should be covered. As part of the engagement process, feedback from the public is welcomed.
The Deloitte 2011 Corporate Responsibility Report has been checked by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) as Application Level B, as indicated within the report and in the GRI's Application Level Check Statement available for download using the link above. The Basis of Reporting document is available using the download link as well. The report also serves as DTTL's Communication on Progress to the United Nations Global Compact for 2010-2011.
