Peter Madden leads Deloitte Australia’s International Tax practice. He has over 25 years’ experience with the Big Four, and has been an International Tax partner for 15 years.
Peter has experience across all industries, and a particular focus on major transactions. He has a wealth of experience in advising multinational corporations, investment banks and private equity funds on both inbound and outbound investment, including establishing holding and funding structures for investments into and out of Australia.
Peter is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia as well as a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
Peter’s team is a national team, with partners and staff in key locations around Australia,. The team has extensive hands-on experience in advising on structuring investments from Australia into Asia-Pacific and other regions.
