Mark Goldsmith has over 18 years’ taxation experience as a partner in both Big 4 accounting firms and a top tier legal firm, so he can add value to every stage of your transaction. Mark’s knowledge and expertise in M&A, and specifically the private equity sector, are unrivalled, and he has represented and advised significant client and industry associations, such as AVCAL.

Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Accounting) and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University in 1983. Mark is also a qualified chartered accountant and completed his Masters of Laws (Hons) at the University of Sydney in 1994.
