Serg Duchini is the National Practice Leader of the Research and Development (R&D) & Tax Incentives Group and member of the Deloitte Tax Executive. He is responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of national R&D services in Australia. Serg is a member of the Deloitte Global R&D tax services steering committee, which is responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of R&D services to Multi National Corporations, the sharing of global best practice and R&D thought leadership.
Serg has over 25 years’ experience in taxation consulting with an individual specialisation in the R&D tax concession and Industry assistance programs. Serg has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters of Taxation from the University of Melbourne. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and an Affiliate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He is also a member of the Australian Government National Reference Group, the National R and D Tax Credit Advisory Board and the joint AusIndustry and Australian Taxation Office Consultative Committee.
