On December 15, 2010, case files 957-2009 and 1051-2009 of the Constitutional Court were published in the Official Newspaper, through which the following was decreed: “To dismiss the general partial unconstitutionality of Articles 54 of the Income Tax Law, in the phrase that states: “duly audited by an independent audit professional or firm (…)”, and 72, numeral 3), of the Income Tax Law, in the phrase that states: “(…) audited by an independent audit professional or firm (…)”.
