Capital Raising
Your objective:
To assess the current and future financial requirements of your company and implement an efficient capital structure through external financing at the lowest possible cost and most attractive terms.
Our role:
• Analyze the financial structure of your company and from that analysis develop and recommend an optimal capital structure
• Develop traditional or innovative financial strategies that deliver the most effective and flexible financing technique based on the optimal capital structure identified
• Prepare a business plan and marketing documentation that will provide the relevant information needed by the suppliers of capital necessary to evaluate the opportunity
• Develop and implement a plan to raise equity or debt for your company by identifying and soliciting investors using our extensive network of equity investors and lenders.
