Time Management

Scope of the seminar, the participants will have the opportunity to analyze and understand the way they organize their daily tasks and the reason behind their inability to efficiently manage their time. Afterwards, they will learn how to differentiate their tasks into important and non-important according to their link with their personal targets and how to identify and control the factors that prevent them from doing their jobs well and therefore filling their precious time with aimless tasks. They also learn how to organize their daily program in order to become more efficient so as to accomplish the balance between their work and personal lives.

The seminar includes a variety of practical examples and group exercises as well best paradigms/practices for better understanding its theoretical concepts.

Leadership & Management Skills

Scope: To help participants develop the skills that a leader is characterized by. The seminar, through lots of role plays and presentations that offer food for review and recommendations, provides the necessary knowledge and skills in order for the participants to identify and develop these leadership skills that differentiate a leader by his managerial role from a leader by his vision.

The seminar is addressed to manager, head of a department and/or company, who is willing to develop or foster his/her leadership skills via identifying his/her pros and/or cons towards the management of his/her subordinates. They is also welcomed everyone who, despite of not possessing a leading role within a firm, is eager to get familiarized with these characteristics that make a leader manage his/her team through a clear and measurable vision.

Accounting for New Accountants

Scope: The presentation of basic accounting principles to new professionals who have relevant academic education. The seminar will analyse the basic principles of accounting and taxation and will give to participants, through the use of practical examples, the knowledge needed for professionals occupied as accountants

- Businessmen with basic knowledge of financial
- Accountants who have basic knowledge of  accounting
- Consultants - economists who do not have a knowledge of accounting.
