Deloitte’s Human Capital Services division recruited two experienced professionals, Irene Apostolidou (Manager) and Philip Zachos(Senior Manager), to further enhance the recently launched Deloitte Academy.
Deloitte Academy provides technical and business skills training, as well as high quality professional programs, similar to other successful Deloitte Academies in several parts of the world. It hosts learning events, conferences and workshops to help Greek attendees develop both professionally and personally.

Philip Zachos
P. Zachos joined Deloitte Business Solutions in November 2011 and he is responsible for Deloitte Academy. He has over than 35 years work experience, half of it in training and consulting, especially in the fields of Leadership, Sales, Presentation Skills, Customer Service, Management, Interpersonal Skills & Communication and many more. Previously, he has worked for eight years at KPMG Advisors, where he was responsible for all training projects. During the last 20 years he has collaborated with various international training & consulting firms, such as Sandler Training, Time Manager International, Huthwaite International, Insights Research & Development, The Institute of Operations Management, Jmac–Consiel, and he has been certified as a consultant and trainer.
P. Zachos has trained managers and personnel in more than 90 large Greek and multinational firms and he has spent over than 9.500 hours in teaching. Also, he is particularly capable of designing and delivering training modules, using up-to-date and most effective learning methodologies. He holds a Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering and an MBA.
Mr. Zachos speaks Italian and English and his mother tongue is Greek.
Irene Apostolidou
I. Apostolidou has 10 years of experience in the HR Consulting field. She has provided a wide portfolio of HR services such as Executive Search and Selection , Training & Development, HR Systems to various organizations.
More specifically, she has extensive experience in developing and delivering customized training programs regarding Sales, Leadership, Customer Service, Communication and Interpersonal Skills Development. She has more than 5.000 training hours. She has delivered training programs to employees of more than 60 Multinational and Greek enterprises of private and public sector.
She joined Deloitte in November 2011 and within her main duties is the development of Deloitte Academy.
I. Apostolidou holds a Bachelor degree (ΒSc) in Sociology from Panteion University of Athens and a Master (MSc) in Marketing and Communication from Athens University of Economics and Business. She is Certified Trainer of Sandler Sales Institute (USA). Currently, she is working for her Certificate in Coaching at the University of Cambridge, UK.
