Indicative projects
• Performed an information risk assessment and an information systems strategy at Panavox. The project covered all the areas of Panavox's Information Technology Division and assisted management understand and manage technology risks more effectively.
• During the merger of Panafon with Panafon Services and Unifon we performed an integration analysis which examined the processes, business data and technology that had to be integrated due to the merger.
• Performed the project risk management during the implementation of SAP at Panafon. Actively participated throughout the implementation of SAP providing expert advise and ensuring a successful timely implementation.
• Automated the internal audit function at OTE through the implementation of AS/2 for IA at the organization. Developed a reporting application to allow management to monitor and follow up audit findings.
• Conducted a variety of studies for the development of business and technical specifications for Panafon's human resources, finance and sales functions.
• Provided information systems audit methodology at OTE and run pilot IS audit projects at OTE's information technology division.
