For most organisations, people are the most important, and costly, asset. The Deloitte Gatwick Global Employer Services ("GES") team is now the largest standalone practice in the region, and will be drawing on their experience to look at three main employment related areas.
Employment tax and social security, focussing on topical compliance and planning opportunities including Real Time Information (RTI), PAYE and NIC changes, PSA and dispensation reviews, car consultancy, restructuring, mandatory pension auto enrolment, salary sacrifice and HMRC PAYE Audit risks.
International Assignment Services ("IAS") will look at striking the balance between competitive compensation and cost control when managing mobile talent including RTI, home and host country compliance and structuring, the new Statutory Residence Test and business visitors to/from the UK.
Employee Reward and Incentives will be reviewing current incentive arrangements that can reward employees in a cost effective, tax efficient and compliant manner. This session will focus on management and wider employee reward including recent legislative changes to pensions and EMI plus the proposed new employee shareholder contract.
This event will be of interest to Finance Directors and Controllers, HR, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll and Tax Managers. The event will start with registration and breakfast at 9.00am and is expected to finish by 12.30pm.
This technical update workshop may also qualify as formal training and development as part of CPD. Please check with your professional Institute that this is the case.
