Please join us at our Spring update where Nicolas Meurant, a Partner in our French practice, will be speaking about the latest changes in the French tax regime and the practical implications of these changes on employee share plans. Nicolas will also be available to answer questions.
Nicolas will be explaining the changes to the French tax regime following the enactment of the Finance Bill 2013 including the changes to the initial proposals. The session will focus on how the changes will impact on share and cash incentive plans, whether qualified or non qualified plans, operated in France.
Nicolas will also discuss the new reporting requirements for trusts, for which the first filing deadline was September 2012 and the availability of an exemption for employee benefit trusts.
As always, the update will include a review of current developments relating to global share plans around the world focusing on countries which have recently made changes to the treatment of equity awards. This update will also include an overview of the proposed changes to HMRC approved employee share plans in the UK.
Who should attend?
This session will be particularly relevant for those with share plan design and management responsibilities, as well as Company Secretaries, Tax and Human Resources professionals and payroll team members who deal with the management and administration of global share plans.
