The new Employers’ Duties came into effect from October 2012 for the largest employers. These Duties require employers to Automatically Enrol eligible employees into a pension arrangement. In this seminar, you will have the opportunity to learn from our experiences of working with the largest employers.
The main focus for the seminar will be sharing our experiences from the Automatic Enrolment projects we have been involved in. We will look at some of the practical issues experienced with project management and also detail some of the trends we are seeing on implementation. Other areas where we will share our experiences include:
pension strategy and the provider selection process;
options around how the changes are communicated to employees;
how Automatic Enrolment interacts with flexible benefits and SMART pensions; and
the technology issues employers are facing as they prepare for implementation.
