Briefing Document: Immigration Statement of Changes laid before Parliament

Background

The Government has laid new Immigration Rules before Parliament which will take effect on 6 April. The new rules set out changes to the Tier 1 Investor and Entrepreneur categories of the Points Based System, which have taken into account recommendations from various groups, including Deloitte, on how to improve these categories and attract more investors and entrepreneurs to the UK.
