Deloitte’s UK Immigration Group provides specialist immigration advice to multinational corporations and private clients. Working closely with our tax colleagues and Deloitte member firms worldwide, we are able to provide our clients with effective and coordinated international immigration and tax solutions.
Issues and trends
We have assisted many organisations to register successfully as a sponsor under the Points-Based System as well as providing help to in-house teams who need extra support during this time of immigration change. Immigration compliance is of particular concern to employers at present and we can help to review HR processes and immigration systems, and formulate “best practice” policies, to assist in managing areas of immigration risk.
With so many UK policy uncertainties, immigration refusals and appeals are also on the increase. As well as offering assistance with all UK immigration related applications, we are also able to offer support for appeal applications and emergency issues as they arise.
