New amendments proposed in Dutch 30% ruling

Background

In our September 21, 2011, NewsFlash, we informed you about several adjustments in the Dutch 30% ruling suggested by the Ministry of Finance in the 2012 tax plan. These adjustments gave rise to several discussions. In the meantime, the Ministry of Finance has adjusted his plans and announced a reduction in the fixed-salary standard and shortening the maximum application period to eight years.
