Neville is a Partner in Deloitte's Global Employer Services practice and leads our funds, Mergers & Acquisitions and specialist reward offering. Neville’s clients include large European and US private equity houses, hedge funds, banks and some very high net worth individuals.
   
Bill Cohen Bill Cohen
Bill is a Partner in Deloitte’s Global Employer Services practice, specialising in global incentives and executive remuneration. Bill leads Deloitte's European Global Incentives team and has over 20 years experience in advising companies in the structuring and implementation of remuneration strategies. Bill has an established reputation for his experience in the area of global share plans and has worked with numerous UK and overseas companies in developing their global share plan strategies.
   
Matt Ellis Matt Ellis
Matt leads Deloitte’s Global Employer Services practice of over 800 Partners and staff nationally. He specialises in advising employers on all aspects of HR tax issues including assisting employers to deliver cost savings through effective pay and benefits structures as well as to manage their employment tax and compliance risks. He has over 25 years experience in this area and his clients include some of the UK’s largest multinational companies. His clients are drawn from many sectors but he has particular expertise in the areas of Financial Services and the entertainment sector. Matt is a member of the UK Tax Executive.
   
Mark Groom Mark Groom
Mark is a Partner in Deloitte’s Employer Services practice, specialising in employment tax and employee reward. Mark currently advises the public and private sectors on key employment related issues in particular strategies for (tax/NIC) cost minimisation, employee benefits and incentive schemes, improving compliance and minimising tax/NIC risk.
   
James Warwick James Warwick
James is a Partner in Deloitte’s Global Employer Services practice specialising in Employment Tax. He focuses on assisting employers with delivering cost savings through implementing more effective pay and benefits and also managing their employment tax and compliance risks. James works with a large number of clients in the financial services sector.
   
Stephen Woodhouse Stephen Woodhouse
Stephen is Partner in Deloitte's Global Employer Services practice. He has advised on a wide range of matters relating to the taxation of pensions over more than 20 years, including being the main author of a leading textbook on the taxation of pensions. He has advised many of Deloitte’s biggest clients on pension design and structuring, particularly for internationally mobile employees.

Juliet is a Partner in Deloitte’s Global Employer Services practice and leads the Executive Remuneration team in the Midlands. Juliet has over 15 years experience of advising companies and their remuneration committees on all aspects of executive compensation, including the design and implementation of tax efficient and commercially effective pay structures and management incentive plans in the UK and overseas.
   
Helen Kaye Helen Kaye
Helen leads Deloitte's Yorkshire and North East Global Employer Services team at Deloitte. She is an employment tax specialist with over 20 years experience in the field. Helen’s team provides advice to clients on all aspects of employment taxes, reward and benefits (including salary sacrifice, equity incentives, flexible benefits and executive compensation), global mobility and a payroll bureau/compliance service.
   
Carl King Carl King
Carl is a Partner in Deloitte's Global Employer Services practice, specialising in executive remuneration and employee share schemes. Carl has been advising compensation committees and companies on reward strategy, management equity and share and incentive scheme design, and related tax matters, for over 20 years.
   
Ian Stone Ian Stone
Ian leads Deloitte's Global Employer Services practice in the South West and Wales and specialises in equity incentive arrangements both domestically and internationally. Ian’s clients range from private companies to global quoted companies both inbound and outbound and will advise organisations on the design and implementation of such arrangements as well ensuring tax efficiency and compliance in the relevant jurisdictions.
