2013 Global Share Plans Survey
How do organisations operate their share plans globally?
Our 2013 survey will review the types of plans (share purchase plans, share option plans, share awards plans and bonus deferral plans) companies are operating on a global basis and what their key features are. In addition the survey will also provide insight into other areas such as:
- What companies consider to be the most challenging aspects of operating share plans globally;
- What are the company’s priorities in respect of their plans in the short-term;
- How companies deal with their mobile employees participating in global share plans; and
- Whether the costs of operating these plans are borne by the parent company or recharged to each local employer.
The survey ran until 16 April 2013 and is now closed for entries. The results of the survey will be published soon.
