Michael Quinlan

Michael Quinlan, Partner
Michael is the competency leader for Stamp Taxes. He has been involved in 15 stamp tax appeals in the UK and overseas, having argued nine as counsel (including two SDRT cases), and has an international reputation as an expert in his field. From 1994 to 2007, he was the author of Sergeant and Sims on Stamp Duties, widely regarded as the most authoritative work in this area.
