We advise on indirect taxes, predominantly VAT and environmental taxes for all arms of government and public sector bodies.
In particular we specialise in indirect tax projects for:
- Central government and related bodies
- Local & regional government
- National Health Service
- Education
- Social housing
We have teams with specific expertise in each of the above areas and we work closely with our audit, consulting and corporate finance colleagues to deliver a range of services, largely focused on generating efficiencies and reducing costs. We also have many retained VAT advisory contracts with a wide range of public sector bodies and regularly work with other public sector clients to deliver cash refunds and other one-off savings. Our fees for our services can range from those that are fully contingent on savings (risk/ reward) to fixed fees, to daily or hourly rates.
