Neville Kahn, Nick Dargan and Dan Butters of Deloitte LLP were appointed as Joint Administrators of WW Realisation 1 Limited (formerly Woolworths Plc) (In Liquidation) (hereafter “the Company”) on 27 November 2008. Neville Kahn and Dan Butter of Deloitte LLP were then appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 12 November 2010 when the Company exited from Administration.
All Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.
The principal activity of the Company at the date of the Appointment of the Administrators was as a general merchandise retailer operating from 807 stores across the UK. The main products sold by the Company were toys, children’s clothes, event related items, confectionary, home products and entertainment products.
As at the date of the Administrators’ Appointment, the Company had 28,882 permanent and temporary staff.

It is the Joint Liquidators’ intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the Liquidation and for three months after the Liquidation has ended.
