The Company were suppliers of windows, doors and conservatories. During the last two years the company suffered a drop in sales and sustained losses. As a result cash-flow problems developed. At the end of 2011 the directors began to try to turn the business around and redundancies were made. In the event, the directors decided to cease trading and instructed Deloitte LLP to convene meetings of members and creditors with a view to placing the company into liquidation.

It is the Liquidators intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the liquidation and for three months after the liquidation has ended.
