John Reid and Brian Milne were appointed Joint Administrators of West Residential Limited on 4 April 2011. Brian Milne was replaced as Joint Administrator by Dominic Wong, a partner of Deloitte LLP. Both the resignation of Brian Milne and the appointment of Dominic Wong are effective from 22 March 2012. The affairs, business and property of the Companies are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability.

The Company was incorporated in 2008 and was a high end residential property builder with various portfolios throughout the Tayside region. The Joint Administrators’ strategy is to market and sell the existing property portfolios.
