Background
In accordance with Schedule B1, paragraph 49(4)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986, a copy of the Joint Administrators’ Statement of Proposals, for achieving the purpose of the Administration Huntingtower Investment Group Limited is available to view.

Daniel Francis Butters and William Kenneth Dawson were appointed Joint Administrators of WaverleyTBS Limited and Huntingtower Investment Group Limited on 2 October 2012 (“the Companies”). The affairs, business and property of the Companies are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability.
All Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.
Unless otherwise shown, both Joint Administrators are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Points to highlight
A meeting of creditors will not be held. A request in the prescribed manner that the Administrators call a meeting can be made by creditors representing 10% or more of the total debts of Huntingtower Investment Group Limited (individually or jointly). Creditors wishing to submit this request should complete the attached Form 2.21B and return it to the Administrators no later than 23 November 2012. A deposit of £750.00 towards the costs of convening the meeting should be enclosed with the request per rule 2.37(3) of the Rules.
On 2 October 2012 Daniel Francis Butters and William Kenneth Dawson were appointed Joint Administrators and now manage the affairs, business and property of the companies in Administration. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the companies and contract without personal liability. The Joint Administrators are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. All licensed insolvency practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.
