Background

Pursuant to Rule 2.47 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended), a copy of the Joint Administrators’ Progress Report, for the sole purpose of updating the Creditors on the progress of the Administration since our last report, is available to view.

A paper copy of this document is available free of charge. If you would like a paper copy, please send your request in writing to Jordan Moore, Deloitte LLP, PO Box 500, 2 Hardman Street, Manchester, M60 2AT or by email to jordmoore@deloitte.co.uk.

Daniel Francis Butters and William Kenneth Dawson were appointed Joint Administrators of WaverleyTBS Limited and Huntingtower Investment Group Limited on 2 October 2012 (“the Companies”). The affairs, business and property of the Companies are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability.
All Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.

Unless otherwise shown, both Joint Administrators are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Points to highlight

If you have not already done so, please complete a proof of debt form attached as Appendix 4 to the progress report and return it to WaverleyTBS Limited - In Administration, C/o Deloitte LLP, 2 Hardman Street, Manchester, M60 2AT.

On 2 October 2012 Daniel Francis Butters and William Kenneth Dawson were appointed Joint Administrators and now manage the affairs, business and property of the companies in Administration.  The Joint Administrators act as agents of the companies and contract without personal liability.  The Joint Administrators are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.  All licensed insolvency practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.
