Angus Matthew Martin, Neville Barry Kahn, Dominic Lee Zoong Wong and Nicholas James Dargan were appointed Joint Administrators of Waterford Wedgwood UK PLC and 9 of its subsidiary companies (see below) on 5 January 2009. Subsequently, Angus Matthew Martin, Neville Barry Kahn and Dominic Lee Zoong Wong were appointed Joint Liquidators of Josiah Wedgwood & Sons Limited , Waterford Wedgwood UK Limited , Waterford Wedgwood Retail Limited, Royal Doulton Limited, Royal Doulton UK Limited, and Statum Limited on 10 May 2011 and were appointed Joint Liquidators of Stuart & Sons Limited and Wedgwood Limited on 11 May 2011. The administration of Josiah Wedgwood & Sons (Exports) Limited has now been concluded and the Administration ceased to have effect as of 29 June 2012.

It is the Liquidators intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
