Van Hee Transport Limited (In Administrative Receivership)

Neil Matthews and Daniel Francis Butters were appointed Joint Administrative Receivers of Van Hee Transport Limited on 24 November 2011. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrative Receivers. The Joint Administrative Receivers act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.

The Company provides transport and distribution training to the logistics industry, operating from freehold premises in Felling, Tyne & Wear. The Company has provided training to government funded agencies, Jobcentre Plus, schools and colleges, together with training for private sector industry customers.

The Joint Administrative Receivers are undertaking a period of trading while the business is marketed for sale.

Use of website

It is the Administrative Receivers intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.

All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the Administrative Receivership and for three months after the Administrative Receivership has ended.
