UKLI Limited (“the Company”) initially entered Administration on 22 April 2008 subsequent to a winding up petition served by the Financial Services Authority maintaining that the Company was unable to pay its debts as they fell due.
The Company subsequently entered Liquidation on 21 November 2008.
Please note that the Liquidators have not been appointed over Regents Land Limited and that at present it is envisaged that any potential dividend to unsecured creditors is expected to be minimal at best. Please see our most recent progress reports available on the website for further information.
The Liquidators have been contacted by a plotholder at Paddock Wood, Mr Khalid who has been trying to organise a potential solution for the plotholders both at the Paddock Wood site where he holds 2 plots and at other UKLI sites. Mr Khalid has currently secured contact with over 20 members of the Paddock Wood and is keen to contact more plotholders.
Please note that the Joint Liquidators are not in a position to advise any investors whether or not to contact Mr Khalid, the feasibility of any approach he may outline, nor of the benefit or otherwise of entering into any correspondence with Mr Khalid.
