John Reid and Bill Dawson were appointed Joint Administrators of Simclar International Limited, Simclar Group Limited, Simclar Interconnect Technologies Limited and Simclar Seating Technologies Limited on 27 June 2011. The affairs, business and property of the Companies are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.
