Service Control Limited (In Liquidation)
Service Control Limited was placed into creditors voluntary liquidation on 5 December 2012.
Richard Hawes and Robin Allen of Deloitte LLP were appointed as Joint Liquidators by the members and creditors.
All licensed insolvency practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.
The Company had ceased trading in November 2012. It had previously operated as an electrical and mechanical installation and maintenance operator, trading from leasehold premises at Bridgend Industrial Estate, Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan.
Service Control Limited use of website
It is the Liquidators’ intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the liquidation and for three months after the liquidation has ended.
