Background
This report has been prepared in accordance with Rule 2.112 of the Rules to request approval for an extension to the initial period of the Administrations of PLC and ROM for a period of six months to 4 October 2012. Our report has also been prepared in accordance with Rule 2.110 of the Rules to provide the creditors of SHK with a summary of the Administration of this company.
This report also applies for the purposes of Rule 2.47 of the Act.
Points to highlight
It should be noted that the Joint Administrators shall cease to act in respect of SHK Limited with effect from the date of the filing of this report with the Registrar of Companies.
The affairs, business and property of the Companies are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability.
