Report to Creditors

Joint Administrators report pursuant Rule 2.112 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) (“the Act”) dated 31 July 2012

Background

This report has been prepared in accordance with Rule 2.112 of the Rules to accompany an application to the Court for a further extension to the period of the Administrations of PLC and ROM for a period of 24 months to 4 October 2014.

This report also provides creditors with an update on the progress of the Administrations for the period since our last report.
