Renovo Services Group – In Liquidation
Daniel Butters, Richard Hawes and William Dawson were appointed Joint Liquidators of 1st Saxon-Clenmay Group Limited and Renovo Services Group Limited on 4 November 2010 and 1st Saxon-Clenmay Limited and Renovo Holdings Limited on 8 November 2010, following the cessation of their appointment as Administrators of the Companies.
Daniel Butters and William Dawson were appointed Joint Liquidators of Quadron Property Services Limited on 8 November 2010, following the cessation of their appointment as Administrators of the Company.
The affairs, business and property of the Companies are managed by the Joint Liquidators. The Joint Liquidators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.
All Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.

Daniel Butters and William Dawson previously acted as Administrators of Quadron Property Services Limited following their appointment by the High Court of Justice Leeds District Registry on 17 November 2009.

It is the Liquidators intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the Liquidation and for three months after the Liquidation has ended.
