Richard Michael Hawes and Julia Elizabeth Branson were appointed Joint Liquidators of R.A. Meredith & Son (Blooms) Limited on 27 October 2011. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Liquidators. The Joint Liquidators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.
