RadwayDominic Lee Zoong Wong and Matthew James Cowlishaw were appointed Joint Administrators of Radway Door and Windows Limited on 12 May 2010. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.

About Radway Door & Windows Limited

Dominic Wong and Matthew Cowlishaw were appointed Joint Administrators of Radway Door & Windows Limited (“the Company”) on 12 May 2010 by HSBC Bank plc.

The Company manufactured and installed windows and doors from its central premises in Redditch, operating almost exclusively in the public sector and employing around 57 people.

The Directors had ceased to trade the business immediately prior to the Joint Administrators appointment.

The Joint Administrators are working closely with their agents to market the assets of the company in order to realise the best possible return.

All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the administration and for three months after the administration has ended.
