Background

The application to Court for an extension of the Administration for a further 12 months to 11 November 2012 was approved in order to enable the Administrators to continue to collect the remaining book debts with the assistance of Naismiths and to distribute funds to the preferential and secured creditors of the Company.

Form 2.31B, a formal notice of the extension of the period of administration is attached.

Radway Door & Windows Limited - in Administration. D L Z Wong and M J Cowlishaw as Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.
