Daniel Francis Butters and Richard Michael Hawes were appointed as Joint Administrators of Pumpkin Patch Limited (“the Company”) on 19 January 2012.

The Company operates in the retail sector, specifically the sale of children’s clothing. The Company operates from 36 stores within the UK with a turnover of approximately £25million and circa 400 employees.
The Pumpkin Patch Group also has operations in Ireland and Internationally (with its parent and head office in New Zealand, where it is a listed company), these are not impacted by the Administration.
Facing a challenging retail trading environment which has seen a significant fall in sales, the Directors of the Companies concluded that, given the circumstances, an Administration process was the best option for the Companies.
The Joint Administrators will seek to trade the business whilst a sale of business process takes place.
It is the Joint Administrator’s intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the Administration and for three months after the Administration has ended.
