Powwow Water Company Limited (In Administration)

John Reid and Brian Milne were appointed Joint Administrators of Powwow Water Company Limited on 25 March 2010. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.

Brian Milne is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

All licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Deloitte LLP are licensed in the UK.

About Powwow Water Company Limited

John Reid and Brian Milne were appointed Joint Administrators of Powwow Water Company Limited (“the Company”) on 25 March 2010 by Clydesdale Bank plc.

The Company is a distributor of pure spring water to circa 50,000 customers across the UK with its head office in Oxford. It has a spring water source and bottling plant in Fillongley and 9 distribution centres within the UK.

The Joint Administrators ceased operations immediately. The mains and bottled water coolers and related operational assets have been sold to Wild About Water (UK) Limited who can be contacted on 0845 0743 892. It is our understanding that Wild About Water (UK) Limited arranged a subsequent sale of bottled water coolers and related operational assets to Eden Springs (UK) Limited.

Use of website

It is the Administrators intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2010.

All known creditors will be advised each time a new document has been uploaded to the website and the documents will remain on the website for the duration of the administration and for three months after the administration has ended.
