Lee Antony Manning and Nicholas Guy Edwards were appointed Joint Administrators of Powercorp International Limited and Powercorp International Holdings Limited (together “the Companies”) on 7 September 2010. The affairs, business and property of the Companies are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability.

It is the Administrators intention to provide all statutory information to creditors by use of this website in accordance with new legislation introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010.
