All unsecured creditors are invited to complete a proof of debt form on the website and return it to the Joint Liquidators by 3 December 2012. Please note that creditors must use the correct proof of debt form that relates to the specific company against which they believe they are owed money. Creditors who proved in the Administration are not required to resubmit a proof of debt form in Liquidation.

The affairs, business and property of Paramount Limited and Paramount Restaurants Limited are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability.
