They were subsequently appointed as Joint Liquidators of Caffe Uno Brasseries Limited, Groupe Chez Gerard Restaurants Limited, Craftbutton Limited and Chez Gerard Restaurants Limited (the “Companies”) on 24 October 2012.
The affairs, business and property of Paramount Limited and Paramount Restaurants Limited are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability.
